This traditional Dorset barn has been attractively converted into two spacious three bedroomed cottages, set in a farmyard adjoining a 14th century Church, close to the River Stour (Fishing). Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the New Forest are within very easy driving distance. Bournemouth is the nearest railway station, approximately 15 mins drive. The nearest shops, including a Post Office, Chemist and Supermarket, are at Parley Cross, and can be reached across a field footpath or by road.

The Accommodation
The accommodation, with full oil fired central heating comprises: split stable door opening into the ground floor hallway giving access to:
a) Large bedroom with three single beds.
b) Bedroom with double bed.
c) Bathroom/toilet.
Stairs from the hallway lead to the living room floor:
a) Well fitted kitchen/diner, with electric cooker and fridge freezer, microwave etc.
b) Comfortable lounge with TV.
c) Single bedroom with toilet/washbasin and curtained gallery overlooking hallway. In Barn 2, the single bed is 2'6' size.
There are extensive views over the surrounding countryside. The cottages benefit from a fully equipped laundry room as well as a large games room which has a snooker table. Duvets and pillows are supplied for each bed (towels not included). Car Parking is available.
PLEASE NOTE: Children are welcome however the premises is open (no enclosed garden).
