This traditional Dorset Barn has been attractively converted into two self contained 2 bedroom flats, set in a farmyard adjoining a 14th century Church, close to the River Stour (fishing). Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the New Forest are within very easy driving distance. Bournemouth is the nearest railway station, approximately 15 mins drive. The nearest shops, including a Post Office, Chemist and Supermarket, are at Parley Cross, and can be reached across a field footpath or by road.

The Accommodation
Downstairs has one double bedded room and one twin bedded room. Each bedroom has access to the shower room, with wash hand basin and toilet.
Bathroom: Bath, toilet, wash hand basin.
Living room: Open plan living room, sitting room (T.V) dinning area and well fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.
Car parking Space available. Fully equipped laundry room as well as a large games room which has a snooker table. Duvets and pillows are supplied for each bed (towels not included). Well behaved pets welcome!
