THE STABLE
This old Stable has been attractively converted into a holiday unit and is set in a farmyard adjoining a 14th century Church, close to the River Stour (fishing). Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the New Forest are within very easy driving distance. Bournemouth is the nearest railway station, approximately 15 mins drive. The nearest shops, including a Post Office, Chemist and Supermarket, are at Parley Cross, and can be reached across a field footpath or by road.

The Accommodation
The accommodation has retained many of the traditional features, including the original timber beams and consists of:
a) Main living (T.V e.t.c) with dining area and galleried mezzanine floors.
b) Well fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave etc).
c)Toilet/washbasin.
Stairs from the living room lead to: a) Main traditional bedroom with double bed.
b) Galleried bedroom with 2 low German slatted beds.
c) Bathroom with toilet.

**Please note- bedroom one is a double, then there are 2 mezanine floors, 1 with 2 2ft 6'single beds and one with a 4 ft double futon.***
The stable benefits from a fully equipped laundry room as well as a large games room which has a snooker table. Duvets and pillows are supplied for each bed (towels not inc).
PLEASE NOTE: Children are welcome however the premises is open (no enclosed garden)
